Phillip Ashton Cooper, 81, of Dayton died July 11, 2009. He was born on Jan. 2, 1928, in Washington, Pa., the son of Howard and Nellie (Sanders) Cooper. Mr. Cooper is survived by his son David Cooper and daughter Lorie Cooper. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
