Carson City

Two Carson City men were arrested Friday on felony charges of giving two underage girls drugs and alcohol and having sex with them.

Robert Lesmes, 19, and Mario Alberto Morgan-Vega, 30, were each charged with felony statutory sexual seduction, felony lewdness with a minor, and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to the arrest report, a 14-year-old girl from Washoe Valley met Lesmes on MySpace, and they reportedly met to have sex three times. On July 15, Lesmes brought the girl and her 15-year-old cousin to a home in the 200 block of Harbin street, where he and Morgan-Vega allegedly gave them crack cocaine and alcohol, and engaged in sexual intercourse.

Morgan-Vega was arrested while he was at the Carson City Jail attempting to bail out his cousin. He was booked on additional felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a stolen firearm. These were allegedly located after Morgan-Vega allowed deputies to search his truck and his place of residence. In the truck they found a substance believed to be methamphetamine. In the residence Morgan-Vega shared with his wife and young son, they found a revolver and two rifles, one of which had reported stolen. A search of another room he stayed in at his boss' residence found a 9 mm pistol under his pillow. In another vehicle, they found a .45 caliber pistol and a device used for smoking methamphetamine. Morgan-Vega also admitted he is in the country illegally.

Both men were held on $25,000 bail.
