Ex-Fallon youth coach in sex, porn case gets life

FALLON (AP) - A 54-year-old former Fallon youth league baseball coach has been sentenced to life in prison for sexual assault of a minor and using children to produce pornography.

Brad Montgomery earlier pleaded guilty to 10 charges of lewdness with a child under the age of 14, five counts of unlawful use of a minor to produce pornography and one charge of sexually assaulting a child younger than 14.

District Judge Will Rogers sentenced him on Tuesday.

Deputy District Attorney Lane Mills said Montgomery was arrested in New Mexico after investigators found pornography on the hard drive of his computer.

He described the material as "vile" and "reprehensible.
