Annie and Dan Sampson of Minden announce the engagement of their daughter Hayley Sampson of Carson City to Jeremy Nielsen of Carson City.
The bride-to-be graduated in 2000 from Mt. Sierra Christian in Markleeville. She is an esthetician at Lake Tahoe.
The groom-to-be is the son of Heide and Jeff Lerud of Minden. He is a 2004 graduate of Carson High School. He is employed as a warehouse manager in Sparks.
A wedding is planned for Aug. 8, 2009, at Lake Tahoe.
