Annetta C. James, 83, died March 9, 2009 in Carson City. She was born Feb. 23, 1926 to Harry and Carolyn Hackett in Millville, N.J. Among her survivors are son Don James, one grandson, and two great- grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
