Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections as of March 2. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

- Bordewich Grace Elementary School, 110 S. Thompson Street, school cafeteria fee exempt, scored 100 points.

- Central Warehouse Carson City School District, W. Telegraph and Richmond Street, school cafeteria fee exempt; central warehouse, scored 100 points.

- Gold Dust West-Carson City, 2171 E. Highway 50, bar/lounge; Sports Bar, scored 87 points. After multiple runs and priming the sanitizer, the currently "in use" glass washer is sanitizing at 140F with no residual chlorine sanitizer. The sanitizer supply container has less than two inches of solution in it and is not supplying enough sanitizer to the glass washer. Found open and unopened drink bottles stored in the customer ice. The ice scoop was laying "handle down" on customer ice. The speed gun holder is dirty. Surface under bar mats holding clean glassware needs to be cleaned. All sink basins under black mats need cleaning. Paper towels are not supplied at the hand sinks. Found items (other than dirty hands) being washed in the hand sink. All floor sinks need cleaning.

- Silver Oak Golf Club, 1251 Country Club Drive, bar/lounge; main bar, scored 96 points. The ice machine "ice chute plate" contained a build-up of pink bio-film. Food contact surfaces of the speed gun holster contained a build-up of debris.

- Silver Oak Golf Club, 1251 Country Club Drive, bar/lounge; banquet room/prep area with bar, scored 100 points.

- Silver Oak Golf Club, 1251 Country Club Drive, restaurant, scored 100 points.

- Burger King No. 8744, 3589 N. Carson Street, restaurant, scored 100 points.

- Garibaldi's, 307 N. Carson Street, restaurant, scored 92 points. Found numerous containers of prepared foods in the walk-in with no labels. Some dry food bins need labels. Found some foods uncovered in the walk-in (stuffed mushrooms) and 2-door freezer (ice cream). Found a large net bag of onions stored in contact with cleaning chemicals under the rear food prep table. (corrected on site) Liquid is "ponding" in the speed gun holder creating an unsanitary environment. Water is still ponding in the bottom of the bar reach-in. Found wet wiping clothes laying on various food prep surfaces in the kitchen. Found food debris and dust accumulations in the spoon container at the soup station in the large utensil bin in the cooking area, and in the clean silverware bins by the white plates near the coffee station. Washed dishes/utensils are draining on cloth towels at the bar sink. Bar mats holding clean glassware at the bar are "sticky" underneath. Cloth towels are being used to store clean glassware (rims on the cloth). Coving tiles have come loose from the wall at the right end of the cook line. This area is uncleanable.

- Lucky 7 Bar, 1914 N. Carson Street, bar/lounge, scored 95 points. Found areas of the ice machine that needed cleaning. Speed gun holder needs cleaning. Found no paper towels at the bar handsink. Ceiling needs repairs and fan guard has been disconnected in the men's restroom following a water leak from the floor above. There is heavy dust accumulation on the fan guards in the reach-ins. The inside bottom shelves of all reach-ins need cleaning. Water and/or product leaks are a problem.

- Arby's, 1122 S. Carson Street, restaurant, scored 95 points. Some food found in the fryer freezer was not covered. The milk and condiments in the condiment refrigerator were at 41-42F. The hand sink next to the three compartment sink was blocked from access.

- Beijing Palace, 4250 Cochise Street, restaurant, scored 94 points. No detectable sanitizer was found in the mechanical dishwasher rinse water. Various food items were found in the walk-in refrigerator, in the prep table refrigerator and on counters without covers or protection from contamination.

- Beijing Palace, 4250 Cochise Street, restaurant. Follow up inspection, scored 100 points. All violations from Feb. 25 inspection have been corrected.

- Beijing Palace, 4250 Cochise Street, bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

- Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1837 N. Mountain Street, school cafeteria, scored 98 points. No chlorine test strips are available to test the concentration of the sanitizer. Found plastic spoon with handles and eating surfaces pointing towards the grasp of the student on the serving table.

- Fritsch Edith W. Elementary School, 504 Bath Street, school cafeteria, scored 99 points. Found no measurable Quat sanitizer in the cloth bucket (note: the three compartment sink and spray bottle are set up properly with 200 ppm Quat).

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 551, 4348 S. Carson Street, bakery, scored 98 points. A food preparation table was located under a fly trap. This was corrected on the spot.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 551, 4348 S. Carson Street, deli department, scored 98 points. No certification was available to confirm personnel certification.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 551, 4348 S. Carson Street, seafood department, scored 100 points.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 551, 4348 S. Carson Street, meat department, scored 100 points.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 551, 4348 S. Carson Street, produce department, scored 100 points.

- Papa Murphys Take and Bake, 4314 S. Carson Street, restaurant, scored 98 points. No certified food handler was present during the time of this inspection.

- Juans Mexican Grill No. 2, 3680 Goni, restaurant, scored 97 points. Food items in the cookline prep table refrigerator were not at 40F or less. There was no cold holding thermometer in the cookline prep table refrigerator.
