John Gray Weaver, 54, a Gardnerville resident, died March 1, 2009. He was born July 29, 1954, to Edward and Clydis (James) Weaver in Jackson, Ala. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Carpenter Weaver; former wife Leotro Weaver; children Christina Capone, April Tucker, Eddie Tucker, Robin Root and Melody Alvarez; stepchildren April Carpenter, Michael Carpenter, Raymond Carpenter and Christopher McCarvel; grandchildren Kevin, Ashley, Daniella, Nathaniel, Britney, Isacc, Gaberiel, Johnny, Elizabeth, Jeremy, Jr., Lee and Dominick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VistaCare Hospice. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
