Stroke Prevention Screening, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Silver State High School, 3719 N. Carson St. Identify potential health problems such as blocked arteries and irregular heart rhythm, abdominal aortic aneurysms and hardening of the arteries in the legs, a predictor of heart disease. A bone density screening to assess osteoporosis risk also is offered. All five screenings take 60-90 minutes to complete. Call 800-324-1851.
