Williamsons celebrate 50th anniversary

Maxine Williamson and Bill Williamson, residents of Carson City celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple married April 18, 1959, in Reno.

Maxine and Bill have two children: Kathy Peterson and Carolyn Harrison; five grandchildren: Kristna Maytan, Kelli Duffield, Michael Werner, Kevin Werner and Sherri Abeyta: four great-grandchildren: Josh and Nathan Anderson, Christine Tipton and Anthony Martin and two great great grandchildren: Autumn and Taya Martin.

William formerly owned Bill's Tune Up Service. Maxine retired as a meat wrapper from Raley's.

The couple celebrated with a quiet dinner at Applebee's.
