New owners for Capital Village

Capital Village, the new home community located at Fairview Drive and Saliman Road, has reopened under new ownership.

Green Matrix LLC recently purchased the 54 remaining home sites and is currently finishing seven substantially completed inventory homes that were included in the sale.

"The idea of a vibrant community like Carson City not having a 'new home' option didn't sit well with us," said Stephen Hoff, managing member of Green Matrix. "We've been very motivated to get this deal completed so folks can once again have the peace of mind that comes with buying a brand new home."

Introductory prices start at $189,900. Capital Village is part of the master planned community known as Quail Run.

The award means accreditation for the lab department by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the CAP.
