Clara Ethel Garrigan, 94, a Carson City resident died May 25, 2009. She was born Feb. 16, 1915 to Albert and Evelyn Marie (Lutz) Vaughn in New Orleans, La. Burial will be Monday at the Pacific Crest Cemetery in California. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
