Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- Two people were charged with felony possession of methamphetamine after a traffic stop Friday at 10:50 a.m. at Thompson and King streets.
Joshua Lee Rogers, 32, of Carson City, was charged with three felony counts: possession of methamphetamine, ex-felon in possession of a firearm, and probation violation. Rogers also was charged with misdemeanor obstructing an officer and a seatbelt violation. He was held without bail.
Michelle Perry, 28, of Carson City, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle, obstructing an officer, and contempt of court. Her bail was set at $4,483. The driver of the vehicle, a 35-year-old Reno man, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. His bail was set at $632.
- Larry Richard Meredith, 57, of Carson City, was arrested Friday at 7:41 p.m. at Curry and Seventh streets for felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor charges of driving with suspended/-
revoked license, no insurance, no Nevada vehicle registration and failure to stop at stop sign. Bail was set at $4,013.
- Roberta Magdalena Lozano, 49, of Carson City, was arrested Friday at 12:51 p.m. at the corner of Colorado and Carson streets on a felony warrant out of Washoe County. Bail was set at $10,000.
- A 36-year-old transient was arrested Thursday at 7:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue for misdemeanor indecent conduct, annoying a minor, resisting an officer without violence and disorderly conduct. The subject was reported to be standing by some bushes masturbating when he started talking to a group of juvenile girls who were walking by. Bail was set at $1,848.
- A 27-year-old painter from Carson City was arrested Friday at 9:19 a.m. in the 1900 block of North Carson Street for on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant, and for driving without a valid license. Bail was set at $1,718.
