Obituary: Helen Charlene Malam

Helen Charlene Malam, 89, of Carson City, died Nov. 14, 2009. She was born April 10, 1920, in Maryville, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Malam, and brother Robert Fisher. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Eugene Malam of Castaic, Calif., Joyce Setter (Robert) of Carson City, Terril Edward Malam of Santa Clarita, Calif., and Ronald Ernest Malam (Carole) of Llano, Calif.; brother, Richard Fisher (Betty) of Santa Maria, Calif.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Eternal Valley Memorial Park in Newhall, Calif. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City, is in charge of arrangements.
