Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 47-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 12:37 a.m. Monday in the 2400 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer, driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without insurance, reckless driving, having no brake lights and hit and run. Bail was set at $3,841.
• An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 3:49 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.
• A 21-year-old man was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of petty larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,079.
• Tamara Link, 23, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. in the 1000 block of Colorado Street on suspicion of felony parole violation. No bail was set.
• Ronald Dwayne Eddington, 48, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony absconding from California parole. No bail was set.
• Mylan William Schmidt, 27, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. Tuesday in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of drunken driving, resisting arrest, driving without insurance, destruction of property, unlawful taking a motor vehicle, and violation of probation. Bail was set at $8,000. Schmidt allegedly took his ex-girlfriend's car without her permission, then wrecked it at 1:30 a.m. in a front yard on Rock Court after driving through a stone fence.
• Thomas Ray Tarulli, 25, a water department employee from Carson City, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of East Long Street on suspicion of felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and misdemeanor probation violation. Bail was set at $5,500.
• A 47-year-old unemployed Dayton man was arrested at 10:54 a.m. Monday on College Parkway at Lompa Lane on suspicion of drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.

• Coroner call on East Long Street at 4:41 p.m.
• Coroner call on Sherman Lane at 5:56 p.m.
• Report of an attempted break in on La Loma Drive at 8:26 p.m.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
• Coroner call on Whitacre Street in Mason Valley at 2:18 a.m.
• Arrest on Lahontan Street in Silver Springs at 10:33 a.m.
• Report of a Fernley High School student bringing prescription drugs to school at 11:52 .m.
