The Nevada Railroad Museum will run its historic Locomotive 25 on Friday and Saturday to celebrate Thanksgiving.
No. 25 is an oil-burning, former Virginia & Truckee Railroad locomotive which has been completely restored by the crew at the museum in south Carson City. It will run every 40 minutes from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.
Tickets can be purchased at the Wabuska Depot on the museum grounds and are $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $3 for children under 12.
