Janice R. Switzer, 85, of Reno, died Oct. 4, 2009. She was born April 3, 1924, in Nebraska and moved to Carson City from California in 1968. Her husband Jack preceded her in death. She is survived by son James W. Switzer, daughter Jill R. Switzer, five grandchildren and one brother. No memorial service is scheduled.
