Marcin and Sydney announce engagement

Crystal Diane Marcin and Brian Paul Sydney recently announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Diane Marcin of Carson City. She is a 2008 graduate of Washoe County High School in Sparks and is currently employed as an office associate at Walmart in Carson City.

The groom-to-be is the son of Missy Blanchett and Greg Sydney of Delavan, Ill. He graduated from Delavan High School in 2001. He is currently employed as co-manager at Walmart in Carson City.

The couple are planning a Jan. 23, 2010, wedding at Capital Christian Center in Carson City.
