STEAD (AP) - The Nevada Army National Guard has commissioned four lieutenants who recently completed the military's Officer Candidate School. They are:
• Jeremiah McPherson, a 27-year-old platoon leader with the 609th Engineering Company in Fallon who attended Elko County's Spring Creek High School and the University of Nevada, Reno
• David Paxton, a 22-year-old graduate of Spanish Springs High School who lives in Reno and has been assigned to the 150 Maintenance Co. in Carson City.
• Glen Rigdon, a 37-year-old native of Carson City who enlisted in the U.S. Navy for 10 years and now works in North Las Vegas as a Nevada state trooper.
• Terence Sterba, who
has 16 years of military service and will be assigned initially to the 422nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion in Reno.
