A Carson City man was jailed Wednesday on suspicion of possessing hundreds of images of child pornography.
Brian Ross Fenn, who turned 25 on Wednesday, was picked up at his job in Minden on a Carson City warrant charging 17 counts of felony possession of child pornography.
According to Carson City Sheriff's Detective Dena Lacy, investigators received a tip in April that a Carson City Internet user was trading child pornography online.
Lacy said the user name provided was traced back to Fenn at his home on Highland Drive.
A search of his computer in September allegedly revealed hundreds of images and videos of children as young as 1-year-old being violated by adults, said Lacy.
He was picked up a day after the warrant for his arrest was issued.
Bail is set at $100,000.
