Pamela Ann Crowell, 66, died at home in Carson City Oct. 19, 2009. She was born in Palo Alto, Calif., on Jan. 6, 1943, to Marshall G. and Marian F. Bissell. Among her survivors are her brothers Timothy G. Bissell and Peter James Bissell. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
