RENO, Nev. (AP) - The former Nevada women's soccer coach who claims she was fired in retaliation for reporting NCAA violations has been banned from the Reno campus in a new court order that says she is a threat to staff and students.
Washoe District Judge Patrick Flanagan's temporary restraining order issued on Thursday follows an administrative ban school president Milton Glick earlier imposed against Terri Patraw.
Flanagan dismissed her lawsuit against the school in May, saying she had failed to show retaliation and that officials were justified in letting her go.
Patraw has appealed his ruling.
UNR lawyer Kent Robison said he requested a restraining order because Patraw had threatened to violate Glick's ban and had sent lengthy argumentative notes to UNR officials.
