Elizabeth A. Parsons, of Carson City, died Sept. 7, 2009. She was born July 8, 1923, in Holyoke, Colo. She is survived by her son Mark Parsons of North Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter Victoria Down of Carson City; sister Margaret Moore of San Diego, Calif; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. No services will be held. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City, is in charge of arrangments.
