130 YEARS AGO

Wonderful find: A miner working at a depth of 35 feet south of Wellington's Station found a skull resembling that of a man's with the exception that a horn three inches long grew out of either side of the head.

On 9-9-99 the Lake Tahoe wedding chapels were full. The Wedding Chapel at Caesars expected to perform 15 to 20 weddings for couples trying to get in on a lucky four: 9-9-99.
