Bystanders on Ormsby Boulevard watch a lightning fire burn off Kings Canyon Road.
Lightning has ignited fires off Kings Canyon Road just west of C Hill, and also on McClellan Peak, near the radio towers.
Brush trucks are making their way into the fires on Kings Canyon. Crews are also responding to the McClellan Peak fire.
At about 6 p.m. crews had the fires under control.
Earlier, dispatch has received hundreds of phone calls from the Goni Road area.
Air attack is on order. Surrounding fire agencies are also responding.
