NEW YORK (AP) - Two photographers have sued New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife for $1 million, saying they were shot at during a post-wedding party in Costa Rica.
The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Manhattan federal court.
The photographers and the Agence France-Presse news agency accuse Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen (jih-ZEHL' BUN'-chen) of negligently hiring security for the April party, two months after their wedding.
AFP photographer Yuri Cortes and photographer Rolando Aviles of Costa Rican newspaper Al Dia say Bundchen's bodyguards narrowly missed their heads when the guards shot at their car after Aviles refused to give up his camera. No one was hurt.
Don Yee, Brady's agent and attorney, declined comment. Bundchen publicist Alison Levy said she does not comment on her client's personal life.
