Today is expected to be calmer at Genoa's annual Candy Dance Arts and Crafts Faire.
Warm weather brought lots of shoppers to Nevada's oldest settlement on Saturday.
The annual fair attracts an estimated 30,000 people to the town, located along the foot of the Sierra in Carson Valley, with the majority visiting on Saturday.
The fair is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Jacks Valley Road, Genoa Lane and Foothill Road leading into town are closed at its boundaries starting at 7 a.m.
Visitors from the north should take Highway 395 south from Carson City to make a right turn onto Genoa Lane.
Visitors from the south may reach Foothill Road from Kingsbury Grade, Mottsville Lane or Muller Lane.
Jacks Valley road ends in the smallest parking lot and it's difficult to get turned around at the barrier, which is located at the Genoa Cemetery.
