Wilma "Billie" Rose Porter, 98, a long time Carson City resident, died Sept. 25, 2009. She was born June 4, 1911, in Omaha, Neb. She is survived by her niece Terri Tienken of California. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
