Kevin Barry Powell, 53, of Carson City, died September 25, 2009. He was born on July 1, 1956, in Montreal, Canada, to Ernest Job Powell and Doreen Theresa Nolan. He is survived by his father Ernest Powell, mother Doreen Greene, sister Denise Powell, and close family friend Rosalind Blanchard. Inurnment will be at Bay Pines National Cemetery in Florida.
