Education: Local students make honor roll at Oregon State University

Names of students who have made the Scholastic Honor Roll Winter term have been announced by Oregon State University. A total of 624 students earned straight-A's (4.0). Another 3,028 earned a B-plus (3.5) average or better to make the listing.

To be on the Honor Roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work. Students on the Honor Roll included:

Carson City: Elizabeth P. Lewis, freshman, general science. 3.5 or better.

Gardnerville: Krista L. Noone, senior, psychology, 3.5 or better.
