CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - The top Republican candidates hoping to unseat Democratic U.S. Sen. Harry Reid will debate in Las Vegas later this month.
The two-hour debate in Las Vegas will be moderated by southern Nevada radio talk show hostess Heidi Harris on April 30.
Harris says Sue Lowden, Danny Tarkanian, Sharron Angle, John Chachas and Chad Christensen have been invited.
Lowden is a former state senator who resigned as state GOP chairwoman to launch her campaign.
Tarkanian is a Las Vegas businessman and son of former UNLV basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian.
Christensen is a Nevada assemblyman, and Angle is a former assemblywoman.
Chachas is a former Wall Street investment banker who grew up in rural Nevada.
