Health Inspections for April 14

The following health inspections are for the period of March 30-April 2:

• Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Shop, 3947 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Artisan Cafe Restaurant, 449 W. King St., scored 99 points. There were several food items in the sandwich prep table refrigerator and in the upstairs refrigerator that were not labeled as required.

• Artisan Cafe Caterer, 449 W. King St., scored 100 points.

• Comma Coffee Restaurant, 312 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Villa Basque Deli Restaurant, 730 Basque Way, scored 99 points. Various food items were found which were not labeled showing common name and date.

• Bodine's Casino Sports Bar, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Bodine's Casino Main Bar, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. Food contact surfaces of the ice machine were not clean. The inside top surface contained accumulated debris.

• Bodine's Casino Restaurant, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. Food is not prepared or served with a minimum of manual contact. A bowl without a handle was found in the garlic mix instead of a scoop with a handle.

• Comstock Country RV Resort Convenience Store, 5400 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Applebee's Neighborhood Bar/Lounge, 3300 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Applebee's Neighborhood Restaurant, 3300 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. Non-food contact surfaces that are subject to splash or food debris were difficult to clean or not clean. The space between the hand sink and the wall contained a seal that was deteriorated and the seal behind the 3-C sink was stained black in some areas.

• Subway #11114, 3959 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Sierra Joe's Restaurant, 444 E. William St. #6, scored 100 points.
