RENO, Nev. (AP) - Reno has made Men's Journal magazine's "Best Places to Live 2010' list.
The magazine says Reno's Triple-A ballpark, Riverwalk District, Artown festival and proximity to outdoor recreation helped it land a spot among the top 25 cities.
The list in the magazine's April edition was determined by three variables, including median home price, cost of living and number of sunny days per year.
Reno was singled out for its proximity to ski resorts and the Sierra, a median home price of $274,670, a cost of living that's 13 percent higher than the rest of the nation and having 252 sunny days per year.
Mayor Bob Cashell hailed the listing, saying it shows Reno "is a great place to live, work and raise a family."
