Shirley M. Sanders, 75, died April 19, 2010, in Carson City. She was born Sept. 26, 1934, in Boston, Mass., to Joseph and Virgie Yanchurak. She is survived by daughter Cynthia Ann Sanders; brother Donald Yanchurak and his wife, Jeanne; sister Joanne Avila; and numerous nieces and nephews. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
