Voters will get the chance to listen to school board candidates discuss their views on issues facing the Carson City School District during a forum Monday at the high school.
This will be the third in the Carson City Chamber of Commerce's series of primary candidate forums.
Candidates will each answer three questions, followed by a question-and-answer session. Tom Donaldson, Carson Middle School Parent-Teacher Association president, will serve as the moderator.
Candidates vying for the four-year term in District 1 are Julie Bushner, Tom Keeton, Robert Prater and Ron Swirczek.
Candidates for District 6 are Paul Brugger, Randy Carlson, Deonne Contine and Barbara J. Myers.
Candidates for districts 3 and 4 are unopposed.
