Eugene Theodore Moffett passed away on July 28, 2010. He was 74 years old. A celebration of his life will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 6 at the Autumn Funeral Home on 1575 N. Lompa Lane in Carson City.
Eugene graduated from Manogue High School in 1954 and from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. Gene had a successful practice as a C.P.A. for more than 40 years in the Carson City and Dayton area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf.
He was a beloved father to Yvette Kaunismaki, Maurice (Reese) Moffett, Mignon Moffett-Lagatta and grandfather to seven grandchildren. His quiet and loving nature will be dearly missed in the lives of many. Autumn Funerals & Cremations has been entrusted with the arrangements.
