Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Terry Wayne Spence, 56, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of North Stewart Street on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500. Also arrested was Jeffrey Dwayne Bainbridge, 45, a construction worker, on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,764.

• Dustin Bleu North, 28, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Springview Drive on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632. Also arrested was Goldie McCauley, 20, a student from Dayton, on suspicion of contempt of court and possession of bags used to package methamphetamine. Bail was set at $1,632.

• A 36-year-old woman from Carson City was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of petty larceny. She allegedly tried to steal a block of mozzarella cheese and a spool of thread from Save Mart on Highway 50 East.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A man on Numaga Pass reported finding a bottle rocket in his yard at 7:23 a.m.

• Two mailboxes on Hillview Drive were damaged overnight.

• Identity theft report on Bunker Hill Drive at 11:52 a.m.

• Accident involving a car and a semi truck on the Fairview Drive overpass at 12:12 p.m.

• Report of a man dressed in all black with a mask on sitting on a bench on Empire Ranch Road at 8:52 p.m. Deputies contacted the subject and discovered it was a 14-year-old boy playing ninja.

• A caller reported hearing a window being broken on Seeliger Elementary School at 11:10 p.m. Deputies found a shattered window.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Cash, a bowling ball, CDs and other items were stolen overnight from a vehicle on Mountain Rose Drive in Fernley.

• Report of an intoxicated pedestrian in the road on Highway 95 Alternate in Silver Springs. A misdemeanor arrest was made.
