SUTCLIFFE (AP) - A 22-year-old Sparks man has been arrested and accused of causing the accident that killed one person and injured two others in a single-vehicle rollover near Pyramid Lake.
Kyle Davenport has been charged with suspicion of drunken driving causing death. He was being held Tuesday in the Washoe County jail in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Deputies say the Jeep Wrangler he was driving rolled just before 4 a.m. Monday less than 2 miles from the Pyramid Highway near Sutcliffe.
The passenger who died was a man in his 20s who was not wearing a seat belt. Davenport and another passenger - a woman in her early 20s - were treated at the scene.
