Road report for the week of Aug. 30 to Sept. 5

• Koontz Lane closed between Raglan Circle and Edmonds Drive until January for freeway project.

• Lane closures on Carson Street during daytime hours near intersection of Silver Oak Drive. Minor delays expected.

• Lane closures at Roop Street and Highway 50/William Street. A single travel lane may be restricted from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for eastbound traffic or a single travel lane may be restricted from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for westbound traffic.

• Roop Street closed to through traffic at Robinson Street. Local business traffic and patrons of the Carson City Community Center can access via Roop Street but may also use William Street.

• Washington Street closed to all traffic between Roop Street and the library driveway. Library patrons should use Stewart Street to Washington Street for access.

• Intersection of Caroline Street and Roop Street closed to through traffic.

• Roop Street closed from William to Stewart through the completion of the project. Traffic may cross Roop Street at Corbett Street.

• The inside lane on South Carson Street will be closed between Clearview Drive and the Spooner Junction in both directions 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., due to work on the median.

• Work continues on Highway 395 with single-lane closures on northbound Highway 395 between Jacks Valley Road and Lupin Drive between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

• Fairview Drive will be reduced to a single lane between Butti Way and 5th Street roundabout with flaggers on weekdays during daytime hours. Minor delays are expected.

• Butti Way will be closed at the intersection of Fairview Drive all week. Detours are marked.

• Hells Bells Road between Riparian Way and Marsh Road will be closed to through traffic (local traffic allowed) all week. Detours are marked.
