Thanks for great year for B&G Club

Many thanks to some outstanding individuals and local businesses that have helped make this a great year at the Boys & Girls Club.

Just this past month we have had Dutch Bros support a day for the club that resulted in a very large contribution; JCPenny did their quarterly Round Up that has provided the club with thousands of dollars this year; and Western Nevada Supply took 100 of our kids from the club and our Mentor Center Christmas shopping.

And to top it off, a former local businessman has donated up to $50,000 to the club if we can match that amount. Thanks to Dick Campagni and other businesses and individuals we may just meet this match by the end of the year.

A record number of kids and families are benefitting from the club and it is solely due to the generosity of these folks and our community. May everyone have a blessed Christmas and holiday.

Building repair helping OARC's mission

OACC (formerly OARC) extends enormous graditude to Mitchell Watkins Repairs and Construction for the repair of our very leaky thrift store roof; and also, a thank you to Sherwin-Williams for paint for the building.

The generousity of these companies is instrumental to our continuing work to benefit the adult developmentally disabled in our community.
