RENO (AP) - Two girls who were reported missing from California after allegedly meeting an older teen on the Internet have been found in Reno.

Reno police say the 12- and 13-year-old girls called authorities around midnight Tuesday from a Walmart store. The girls were taken to a juvenile facility as runaways and to check on their welfare.

Police on Wednesday also said 18-year-old Blake Holmes of Ridgecrest, Calif., has been arrested on charges of lewdness and sexual assault on a minor.

Authorities say Holmes formed a relationship with the girls over the Internet and then brought them to the Reno area in a stolen vehicle.
