Robert C, "Neil" Jones, a former Carson City resident for 15 years, died Jan. 7, 2010, in Orange County, Calif. He was born Jan. 18, 1935, in Oakland, Calif. Survivors include his wife Penny; son Robert W. Jones; daughters Deborah S. Del Vecchio, Cynthia C. Jones, Catherine JaneMarie Jones, Cynthia Woolston, and Stacy Arbour; brothers, Doug and Ken Neslund; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services with military honors will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, at Riverside National Cemetery, Staging Area #3, Riverside, Calif.
