LAS VEGAS (AP) - Nevada Democratic gubernatorial candidate Rory Reid says he has raised more than $3.3 million for his campaign.
Reid's campaign also says he has $2.6 million in cash on hand. A Clark County commissioner, Reid is the son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev.
In a statement released Thursday Rory Reid thanked his donors.
Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons is seeking re-election. At least two challengers - former U.S. District Court Judge Brian Sandoval and former North Las Vegas Mayor Mike Montandon - have said they will run against Gibbons in the 2010 Republican primary.
