The southbound lane on North Roop Street between William Street and Washington Street will be closed, but two-way traffic will continue with minimal delays.
Minor delays are expected on Arrowhead Drive and Goni Road. The delays are expected in the vicinity of the intersection of those roads for utility work, weather permitting.
