BEAUMONT, Calif. - A small earthquake has shaken part of Southern California, but there are no reports of damage or injuries.
The U.S. Geological Survey says a quake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.3 hit at 4:03 a.m. Saturday.
The temblor was centered about 3 miles northwest of Beaumont, which is about 80 miles east of Los Angeles along Interstate 10.
A dispatcher with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department says there are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
