Patricia Eileen Dau, 60, also known as Tish or Patti, a Dayton resident for the past 16 years and a prior Carson City resident, died Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at her home after a six-year battle with cancer.
Tish was born June 24, 1949, in San Bernardino, Calif., to Shirley and Floyd Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Tish graduated from Camarillo High School in Camarillo, Calif., and received a business certification from Sawyer Business College. She was employed with Citi Financial in Reno and Carson City.
Tish was a longtime widder of the E Clampus Vitus Bodie 64 of Bridgeport, Calif., and the Carson City Raiders Booster Club. She was a member of the National Rifle Association for more than 30 years and was an avid fisherwoman and hunter, and enjoyed camping.
Tish loved her job and coworkers and wanted to thank her customers, family and friends for their support. Her absolute positive attitude and smile made her the life of the party.
Tish is survived by her husband of 34 years, Bob; sister Kathy Ryan of Portland, Ore., and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22 at Autumn Funerals and Cremations, 1575 N. Lompa Lane in Carson City.
