Carson Performing Arts at Carson High School presents James McLure's "Wild Oats."
This Western romp follows a traveling actor and his long-lost brother in a comedy of mistaken identity filled with villains, Shakespearean "quotations" and a heroine threatened by a runaway train.
Performed by the advanced acting students at Carson High, there are 28 students involved. The show has also offered an opportunity to study restoration theater of the early 1800s as that is the style that is being parodied in this production, along with comprehensive research of American vaudevillian traditions.
The last performance is today, Sunday matinee, at 2 p.m. Tickets are $5 for children and CHS student body, $7 for students and seniors, $8 for general admission.

Principal Ron Beck is hoping to increase community support of the high school games.
He writes: "(We're) inviting all of the community to watch some exciting basketball and wrestling during the last three weeks of the season.
"Our teams are really fun to watch and the athletes, including all boys and girls teams and cheerleaders, are working hard to bring home the gold. We play the next three Tuesdays and Fridays with either varsity and one JV team or two freshman and one JV team at home every night starting at 3:30, 5:15 and 7 pm.
"We also have an undefeated wrestling team that will compete at home the next two Wednesday nights starting at 5:30.
"Please come and support all these outstanding young men and women who do an outstanding job of representing CHS and the Carson City community."
