Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 30-year-old Santa Cruz, Calif., man was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Friday on Highway 50 East at College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation, petty larceny and resisting a peace officer. Bail was set at $3,964.

• A 38-year-old retail clerk from Carson City was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Carson Street on two warrants for suspicion of misdemeanor violation of bail conditions. Bail was set at $10,000.

• Christian Dawn Rodriguez, 40, an office manager from Carson City, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Como Street on suspicion of felony possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, to include empty heroin balloons, and one count of possession of marijuana, according to the police report. Bail was set at $9,292.

• A 29-year-old Nevada National Guardsman from Carson City was arrested at 9:26 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• Robbery call at Jacksons Chevron gas station at 5:29 a.m.

• Report of a window broken at Bordewich-Bray Elementary School at 2:11 p.m.

• A woman reported files were missing off her computer on West Winnie Lane at 9:48 p.m. She was reportedly "extremely" intoxicated.

• Shoplifting arrest at Walmart at 11:14 p.m.

Monday

• A man reported his estranged wife has not had contact with him, his children or other family since March 2009.

• Report at 8:21 p.m. of a purse stolen from a car on Florentine Drive in the

10 minutes it took the owner to run into a house.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• A man in Mark Twain reported finding a meth pipe belonging to his wife under the bathroom sink at 6:33 a.m.

• Report of jewelry and change missing from a home on Ft. Sutter Boulevard in Fernley at 8:31 a.m.

• A caller reported a pit bull on Fremont Street in Fernley attacked his dog at 11 a.m.

• A man reported his daughter-in-law gave his wife a "fat lip" at 2:24 p.m. on Miller Lane in Fernley.

Monday

• Report of windows shot out on an excavator on Ricci Lane sometime before

8:01 a.m.

• Report of a garage on Trubode Lane in Fernley burglarized sometime before 2:27 p.m.

• Report of tires stolen off a ranch truck on Osborne Lane in Smith Valley.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• Caller on Main Street reported hearing something on his back deck at 12:11 a.m.

• Report at 2:23 p.m. of a vehicle possibly needing assistance on State Route 341 at the summit.

• Report at 5:47 p.m. on Cercle De La Cerese in Lockwood of a man in a truck speeding toward four horses in the road and almost hitting another

vehicle.

• A caller reported hearing five shots on Diablo Road at 10:32 p.m.

• A caller complained of horses in her front yard on Rue De La Chartreuse in Lockwood at 10:41 p.m. "(Caller) is extremely upset. Stated she would shoot the horses if we don't get rid of them."

Monday

• Report of a possible rock slide on State Route 341 near the summit at 12:51 p.m.

• Caller on Avenue De La Emerald in Lockwood reporting wild horses in the front yard at 2:12 p.m. "(Caller) attempted to get them to move and one of the horses came at him."

• Report of a small black and white dog repeatedly running loose on Tom Sawyer Way at 5:02 p.m.
