RENO (AP) - International Game Technology says it will shutter its cabinet shop in Reno and eliminate 25 jobs.
The world's largest maker of slot machines and casino systems says the cabinet shop will close in two months. A spokeswoman said employees had known the layoffs were coming since September. They received their notices Friday.
The company plans to contract that work out.
