ARCATA, Calif. - For the second consecutive night, the Nevada Bighorns' offense was nowhere to be found.

After getting blanked 7-0 on three hits Friday night, the Humboldt Crabs pinned a 9-0 loss on Nevada Saturday night before a crowd of 647.

The teams finish the series today at noon.

"This is the most embarrassing thing I've seen from my team," Nevada coach Dennis Young told the Eureka Times-Standard after the contest after watching his team manage just five hits, strike out 11 times and make five errors.

Chris Johnson went the first six for Humboldt, allowing three hits and striking out five. Scott Heinig went the last three, allowing two hits.

Eric Maupin doubled twice to lead the Bighorns.

On Friday, Max Max DeLallo gave up four runs in the first as he walked two batters and hit two batters. The South Tahoe star worked the first six innings.
