Health Inspections for July 14

The following health inspections are for the period of June 18-24:

• Carson Lanes Restaurant, 4600 Snyder Avenue, scored 94 points. Found raw hamburger patties stored in the top of the make-up unit holding at 60-65 F. The red drain hose from the dishwasher is laying in the bottom of the floor sink.

• Carson City Municipal Golf Course Eagle's Landing Restaurant, 3999 Centennial Park Dr., scored 99 points. A cold holding thermometer was found in the prep table refrigerator, which was inaccurate since the indicating column was broken.

• Carson City Recreation Food Facility Upper Snack Bar, 5400 Heritage Way, scored 100 points.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #551 Seafood Department, 4348 S. Carson St. scored 100 points.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #551 Meat Department, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #551 Deli Department, 4348 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Arco AM PM #82341 Convenience Store, 4190 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. There were no "No Smoking" signs posted at the entrance.

• Slot World The Pub, 3879 Hwy. 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Slot World Sports Bar, 3879 Hwy. 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Slot World Caravan Cafe, 3879 Hwy. 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Subway #28790 Restaurant, 2073 Hwy. 50 East #1, scored 91 points. The sanitizer basin of the 3-C sink has food in the solution. Staff are rinsing the wiping cloths in this basin along with sanitizing clean dishes. Repeat violation of the containers holding clean utensils at the prep table need cleaning. Found customer cups and plastic sandwich bags stored directly under the employee hand soap and paper towel dispensers. A roll of paper towels was placed by the hand sink soaking up water because there was no access to the dispenser. Found loose clogs of bio film in the floor sink under the soda dispenser. No certified food handler is on duty.

• Starbucks Coffee #13204 Restaurant, 1410 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• Arco AM PM Convenience Store, 2707 Hwy. 50 East, scored 97 points. Found no soap at the deli hand sink.

• Taco Bell #24 Restaurant, 3117 Hwy. 50 East, scored 100 points.
